DVSA (IVA Test)
The DVSA have started testing some cars again (only two per station per day) in order to try to catch up on the backlog. They are still operating under Covid measures.

The DVLA have started to bring back more staff, however due to the most recent Welsh lockdowns they are now working in strict ‘bubbles’ there is also the potential that they will go on strike for working conditions from 11 March strike ballot results.

We still have all office staff online, on phones, working from home and our offices in Milton Keynes so please do still call / email to discuss your car shipping requirements.
With that in mind we are taking the following measures to ensure we can limit the spread of the virus as much as possible. These guidelines are likely to change as more information comes from UK government.
Remote working. We have a great IT setup here to enable office staff to work remotely including VPN and VOIP connections, but please do not be alarmed if instead of the usual office background noises you hear CBeebies, Paw Patrol or playful children. We are certain that working remotely is going to be a regular occurrence over the next few months.
We respectfully ask that clients do not visit their vehicles unless vital to do so, for example if you have shipped important personal effects in the vehicle that you need to collect.
We are happy to provide a video walk around your car via WhatsApp if you are excited to see it arrive in the UK.
We will be offering onward delivery of vehicle at cost to avoid the need for clients to travel to us to collect their car.
If you do visit our offices, instead of our usual invitation to spend time touring our facilities and enjoying the automotive nirvana we have here, we will be keeping our handover procedures as short as possible.
Please do not be offended if any of us do not shake your hand, an elbow bump, foot bump, or Victorian curtsey are all acceptable alternatives.
Additional hand sanitising stations are being installed at all entry points, please wash your hands before entering the building. Masks are compulsory throughout our buildings
This is going to be a very difficult time for many people and if there is anyway we can help our local or wider community, we will. For now please stay safe, look after each other and leave the shipping to us. We won’t let you down.
