The below schedule is a rough guide to what will be happening and when, it is as accurate as we can make it. Please remember that there are so many factors outside of our control which govern this timetable and so we do not guarantee any of the estimated timescales. We will contact you if there are any hold-ups that are likely to push back our estimated completion date.

These timescales are a prudent estimation of likely lead times; more often than not we actually improve on these times

US Port booking confirmed and reference number given to you	Within 3 working days of the 50% deposit being paid and fully completed application form received
Vehicle collected from collection address	Within 10 working days of the vehicle being ready for collection
Vehicle clear of US customs, loaded into container, booked and loaded onto a ship and departs the USA	Within 6 weeks of vehicle arriving at US port and original title being received by our agent – vehicle can not ship without original title so please ensure it is posted ASAP
Vehicle arrives at UK	From LA: 4-6 weeks From New York: 10-14 days From Charleston: 3-4 weeks
Vehicle is cleared through UK customs	Within 3-5 days of payment being received or applicable forms and proof of US residency being received
SVA test completed and vehicle ready for DVLA registration (if applicable)	Within 3-4 weeks of vehicle clearing UK customs
DVLA registration completed	Within 10-14 days of application being made for registration.
